I'm a seasoned Technology and Digital Transformation Leader with 20+ years of experience in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, data analytics, automation, and strategic program management across global organizations. My 20+ years career spanned across organizations like Infosys, Sathyam and Flex in various capacities.
I last served as Director – Information Technology at Flex, Chennai where I lead the Enterprise Data Analytics function that drives strategic transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives. I'm currently on a career break since last September 2025 to focus on my health and personal growth.
In my last role with Flex, I managed global analytics teams, defining technology roadmaps, and delivering enterprise data solutions that convert complex business data into actionable insights. I have also established and led the organization's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence, overseeing automation strategy, governance, implementation, and enterprise-wide adoption to significantly improve productivity and process accuracy.
