Education Summary
I have pursued a multidisciplinary educational journey combining clinical healthcare, hospital administration, healthcare management, public health, social work, women’s development, and community-based service delivery. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation for leadership roles in hospital administration, clinical governance, healthcare operations, public health programmes, quality management, and health systems strengthening.
I completed my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, in 2015. My dental education provided comprehensive training in oral healthcare, diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical procedures, patient management, infection prevention, clinical documentation, healthcare ethics, and professional communication. As a dental surgeon, I developed first-hand experience of clinical workflows, patient assessment, treatment coordination, healthcare quality, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
My clinical training strengthened my understanding of patient safety, infection control, medical documentation, informed consent, ethical healthcare practices, and continuity of care. It also helped me understand healthcare delivery from both the patient’s and healthcare professional’s perspectives. This clinical foundation has enabled me to coordinate effectively with consultants, visiting doctors, nursing teams, allied healthcare professionals, administrative personnel, patients, and external stakeholders.
To develop my management and leadership capabilities, I completed a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, in 2026. The programme enhanced my knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare systems management, strategic planning, healthcare economics, financial management, human resource management, organisational behaviour, quality governance, performance management, and leadership.
My MBA education strengthened my ability to analyse healthcare processes, identify operational gaps, improve service delivery, manage resources, implement standard operating procedures, monitor key performance indicators, and support evidence-based decision-making. It also developed my understanding of healthcare budgeting, cost control, process optimisation, patient flow, service quality, healthcare technology, organisational change, and institutional sustainability.
Through this qualification, I gained the managerial perspective required to connect clinical objectives with operational efficiency and organisational goals. I developed the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support quality improvement initiatives, manage healthcare resources, improve workflow systems, and contribute to the financial and operational performance of healthcare facilities.
I also completed a Master of Social Work in Women and Child Development from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)in 2025. This programme expanded my understanding of public health, social policy, community development, gender issues, women’s empowerment, child welfare, social protection, counselling, advocacy, and programme implementation.
My MSW education helped me understand the social determinants of health and the economic, cultural, institutional, and behavioural factors that influence access to healthcare. It strengthened my ability to work with vulnerable communities, conduct field assessments, mobilise communities, coordinate with government departments and non-governmental organisations, prepare reports, and support monitoring and evaluation activities.
The programme also developed my understanding of women’s health, child development, preventive healthcare, health awareness, social inclusion, community participation, and public welfare. These competencies complement my clinical and managerial qualifications and support my work in public health, healthcare access, social development
