Professional Experience:

At National Insurance VimoSEWA Cooperative, I coordinate programmes across Assam and other North-Eastern states, work with 50+ grassroots institutions and development partners, and support women's financial inclusion and livelihood protection. My responsibilities include programme monitoring, research coordination, data analysis, reporting, proposal development, and communications. Previously, at ACCESS Development Services, I contributed to financial inclusion initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and sector publications. At Pinkishe Foundation, I managed a 20-member team delivering menstrual health and hygiene programmes across 600+ schools and women's centres in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.
