need assessment of the projects and facilitating fund flow for effective

• Executing responsibilities pertaining to proposal submission, budgeting,
staffing, planning and operations of the projects.
• Monitoring, providing guidance and preparing evaluation tools to carry out
at different levels of project implementation to patch up as well as to
capacitate the manpower involved in the project.
• Leading, mentoring and motivating personnel and beneficiary groups as
part of project implementation.
• Ensuring employment, income generation opportunities and conducting
placement-linked training, Initiating micro-enterprises units etc.
• Leading the efforts in community development intervention and facilitating
strategies required for the project implementation.
• Managing, coaching and counselling the staff and processing decisions on
the requests made by staffs, clients etc.
• Effectively preparing annual reports of the projects and improving the
quality of the project. Devising strategies in planning the future of the
project and managing the accounts and administrations of the project.
• Formulating training modules and preparing the project reports while
preparing the presentation of the training capsule to different clients and
govt. departments. Conducting interviews for selecting staffs.
• Maintaining perfect coordination with customers and vendors to ensure
bottleneck free work accomplishment. Periodically holding meetings with
all interest groups to review work progress and ironing out outages to
catalyse work performance.
• Monitoring absorption of change and contributing facilitators to generate a
conducive environment for assimilation of change in the system.
• Streamlining communication/data management areas and preparing MIS
reports of work status for submission to top management.
• Conducting frequent visits to the various program sites to support the field
teams.
• Maintaining cross-functional coordination to ensure project completion
within specified quality, cost and timelines and ensuring strict observance
thereof including handling of project closeout.
Education:
Completed Graduation in Human Resource Development from Mangalore University with special focus on Organisational Development Community Development, Public Relation and Human Resource Development, Completed Advance Diploma Airline Hospitality and Travel Management.
