As a Doctoral Research Fellow at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, her research focuses on sustainability studies, particularly urban waste management and participatory transitions. She applies sociological theories to real-world challenges, contributing to both academic discourse and practical strategies for sustainable urban development.
In the CSR sector, Tripti serves as the Manager of CSR at AWOKE India Foundation in Lucknow, where she leads the Centre for Financial Literacy (CFL) project under the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). She manages 34 CFLs across Bihar, overseeing operations, team management, and resource allocation. Her leadership has significantly enhanced financial literacy in rural and underserved areas, demonstrating her ability to coordinate with stakeholders and navigate logistical challenges.
