My thesis was focused on "Arsenic concentration in Rice (Oryza sativa) and its fractions produced in the Trans Indo-Gangetic Plain of India, its Source and Effect of Cooking." This groundbreaking research provided significant insights into the levels of arsenic in rice and its impact on food safety and public health. My exceptional work earned me the prestigious Anupa Sahi Siddhu Gold Medal Award for excellence in Doctoral work, underscoring my dedication and expertise in the Food Science and Nutrition field.
