Professional Experience:

As an educator with over 8 years of professional experience, I have dedicated my career to exploring various aspects of researching, teaching, learning and skill development.

I was a Teaching Research Fellow at the University of Madras and later an Assistant Professor at Loyola College, Chennai, where I taught courses in International Political Economy and Understanding Geopolitics to postgraduate students. I was also a researcher at the Chennai Centre for China Studies (C3S), where I conducted hands-on public policy research.

I have the privilege of leading projects in the Education, Skill Development and Sustainability sectors. These projects were an opportunity to assess and enhance programme content and its delivery mechanisms. Through my work, I develop and deliver training & skill development programmes on sustainability, lead MEL and Impact Assessment projects in these sectors, provide ESG solutions and implement environmental initiatives.

My experience as an educator has enabled me to adapt grounded solutions to maximise the impact of development initiatives. A multidisciplinary approach has helped me synchronise the objectives of multiple stakeholders in these realms, resulting in effective strategies and impactful outcomes.
