Professional Experience:

In my role at MGNF, I led Skill Development and Livelihood initiatives, collaborating closely with the District Collector and focusing on youth development. I orchestrated placement drives and job fairs in partnership with industries and training entities, bolstering employment prospects for the youth. As a Project Manager at Visionary Knowledge and Services Pvt Ltd, I oversaw and managed livelihood and skill development programs, providing guidance to youth for their personal and professional growth. Additionally, during my tenure as a Junior Technical Officer at ECIL, I managed Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and provided crucial technical support to the district administration during elections, ensuring the smooth conduct of the electoral process.
