Professional Experience:

Over ten years of experience in consulting in the energy and agriculture sectors. I have strong skills in communication, strategy, fundraising and financial modelling. I also have a strong interest in writing, editing and translating diverse works.

I am currently working as a consultant to the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). I support the Investments in Agroecology Value Chains Project, which is aimed at enhancing farmer income in India through agroecologically sound production techniques and judicious use of inputs. I also assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase engagement with partners to garner resources for IFAD.

I earlier worked as National Consultant for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in New Delhi, India, where I helped in formulating a communication strategy for the National Policy dialogue on Indian agriculture towards 2030.

Prior to this I worked in the Advisory Division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where I provided support in financial modelling, business development, and market research. I was part of a team that helped clients like IFAD in areas like leveraging renewable energy technologies to improve energy access for women in remote tribal villages of Jharkhand, India. I began my career at Tata Consultancy Services in USA in a role involving financial planning and analysis and business development for the energy and resources business group.

I have an MBA in Finance from Cornell University, New York and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS). My education has helped me develop the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

I believe my educational and professional background will be an asset to your organization. Given a chance, I would relish the opportunity to work with grit and determination, and leverage my experience to add value to your organization.
