My accountabilities as the Director – HR Shared Services Team (10 full time employees, 30 off roll resources and 6 vendor employees) for India are as under:
? Managing the HR Operations (joining to separation) and Payroll (including Full and Final settlements, PF & Gratuity settlements, Reconciliations, etc.) of average 23000+ PAN India employees ? Managing Payroll Compliances and Labour Compliances of 149 offices PAN India, across 21 States and 3 UT’s ? Change Management – Managing the HR projects being initiated by our Regional office (Hong Kong) and Global office in US ? HR Systems migration from PeopleSoft HCMS to Oracle Cloud HCMS and then from Oracle Cloud HCMS to a local HR system (Adrenalin), HR Dashboards, process migrations (outward and inward), improvements/ reviews and data governance ? Implemented a new Cloud-based HR System ‘Workline’ and its Mobile App ? HR ChatBot “Saathi”, Payroll App and Employee benefits App ? Handling PAN India Employee Benefits viz Group Medical Insurance, Group Accident Policy, Group Term Plan ? Set up the Gratuity Trust, conduct all Trust related activities including FY-end book closure ? Policy drafting and review, SOPs, HR Risks and Compliances, etc., BCP & DR Plans, Call Tree ? HR Communication, Back Ground verification, MIS & reporting ? Disciplinary related matters, Terminations, etc. ? Audits – Statutory, Internal, Gratuity Trust, any other; HRSS Budget – planning and management ? Off roll (1200+) – recruitment, onboarding, life cycle, payroll inputs, exit, etc.; Consultants and Trainee payouts ? Recruitment Vendor Management process
