Professional Experience:

I am currently interning part-time at the Kalkyavatara Foundation in Bengaluru since 2023, I contribute to gender-focused initiatives, leveraging innovation for the betterment of vulnerable communities. My summer 2023 internship at the WinVinaya Foundation involved extensive research on structural accessibility and inclusive activities, highlighting the importance of communication skills and the need for sign language in fostering inclusivity. As a volunteer at the Accion Fraterna Ecology Centre in Anantapur in 2022, I addressed multifaceted challenges in drought-affected areas, emphasizing the integration of sustainable agriculture and social inclusivity. Since 2019, I have served as the President of the Town Committee for the Altruist Yuva Welfare Society in Burdwan, leading impactful Social Outreach Programs, organizing events, and managing interns. Notably, I spearheaded a successful Clothes Distribution Camp during the COVID-19 pandemic, showcasing my dynamic leadership and project management skills. My experiences reflect a holistic approach to creating positive social change and making a meaningful impact on communities.
