Professional Experience:
I'm Neelesh Singh, with over a decade of experience in the Skill Development and Livelihood sector, combined with more than 8 years in the IT/ITES industry. I've consistently strived for operational excellence, formed valuable partnerships, and consistently met placement goals.
Currently, I'm the Placement Head at Arvind Ltd in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I oversee project performance and growth during the startup phase, working across departments to optimize placement processes. I've also created thorough norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to manage team dynamics and tasks.
In my previous role as Senior Manager - Placement Central West with Quess Corp Ltd, I managed placement activities for 15 DDU-GKY projects across four states. I successfully organized placement drives in two major hubs, significantly contributing to meeting placement targets. I also established strong industry partnerships and nurtured relationships with key stakeholders.
As the Program Manager for Assam DDU-GKY Project at Quess Corp Ltd in Guwahati, Assam, I executed operational and placement activities for two DDU-GKY projects across four training centers. Managing a team of 47 professionals, I ensured smooth project implementation and achieved program objectives.
My role as Placement Manager for Chhattisgarh at Quess Corp Ltd involved coordinating placement activities, leading to the successful placement of candidates in the region.
In addition, as the Center Manager in Jabalpur for a DDU-GKY project at Quess Corp Ltd, I led a team of seven professionals, contributing to successful skill development and placement of candidates.
At RISE India, I served as a Project Manager in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, overseeing the NSDC-Star Project. I introduced innovative program aspects, redesigned existing processes, and built strategic partnerships with NGOs and sector organizations.
Before entering the Skill Development and Livelihood sector, I gained experience in the IT/ITES field, working with organizations like Zenith Software, NIIT Technologies, Accel Frontline Ltd, PCS Technology Limited, and DATA Prints.
My educational background includes an MBA in Information Systems, a Diploma in Electronics and Computer Hardware Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science. I am proficient in both Hindi and English.
