I have the core experience of more than 23 years of program implementation. Over the years had adequate exposure in new program planning, program operations, roll out, HR, monitoring and procurement. Has the distinction of independently handling and rolling out new programs at state level in Bihar and Jharkhand. Government liaison & stake holder management and convergence for program has also been handled by me over the past few years. Inter departmental and intra departmental coordination has also been done by me in the past organizations. I have also handled implementation of statutory acts like The Prohibition of Child Marriage Act 2006, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005, The Indian Apprenticeship Act 1961 etc.
