I have 2.4 years experienced in TB elimination programs. I have worked at ICMR-NIRT as Project Technical Officer (Senior Technical Assistant) in “National TB Prevalence Survey”. I co-lead a team of 20membersinselecteddistricts(Barabanki,Pratapgarh,Allahabad,Khausambhi,Chitrakoot,Varanasi,Jaunpur,Sultanpur,Mirzapur,Sonbhadra) of states Uttar Pradesh along with one cluster of Ashoknagar district of Madhya Pradesh for this project. We successfully conducted the TB prevalence survey in assigned districts. My specific responsibilities were: establishing coordination and support from district health facilities and authorities for survey activities; to organize sensitization of local leaders, community representatives and community groups for the national TB prevalence survey; to ensure participation of community members in Survey; supervise specifically census enumeration process, Co-ordination and Supervision of all activities in the cluster during survey including enumeration, enrollment of eligible interview of participants, X-ray of all participants, CBNAAT test results, Blood and Sputum collection, maintaining cold-chain transportation.
