Worked as Development Officer in Integrated Co -operative Development project under Deptt.of Co-operation govt of Himachal Pradesh from Oct.1988to Feb.1990.During working in project I engaged for upliftment of villages community searching through locally agricultural products and marketing in distt Sirmour HP.Joined as Accountant in Uttarakhand Govt(Previous UP) PSU on 2.3.1990 on the basis of competitive examination and worked till 31.7.2002 as Head Acconts Division of Unit at New Tehri/Rishikesh.Selected on basis of deputation and worked as Manager(Accounts) from 1.8.2002 to 4.1.2016 in Swajal Project under Deptt of Drinking Water govt. of Uttarakhand. During this period I worked as Head of Accounts Deptt in various Distt Project Management Units in the state as follows:From 1.8.2002 to 17.8.2002 DPMU Haridwar,18.8.2002 to 4.4.2008 DPMU Chamoli,5.4.2008 to29.8.2011 DPMU Pauli at Srinagar,1.9.2011 to4.1.2016 DPMU Rudraprayag. Duties and responsibilities:To maintain the prescribed Accounts of Project as per World Bank Manuals. To release the payments under various schemes of project.To prepare the UCS of schemes. Cause to conduct the audit of office,UWSSCs,GPS NGOs engaged in Project. Engaged in evaluation and selection of NGOs in Planning and IP Phases. Frequent field visits of schemes to access their progress. Adjustments of advances given to GPS/ NGOs at various intervals.Promoted as Assistant Accounts Officer on 1.3.2003 in parent organisation. From5.1.2016 to 6.8.2021 worked as Senior Accountant in Food and Civil Supplies Deptt govt of Uttarakhand.In this capacity I engaged to prepare the Annual Budget of Deptt and allocation thereof to Distt.Other works as assigned time to time.Worked as Head Deptt of Finance and Accounts from7.8.2021 to .31.3.2022 in Nagar Nigam Roorkee on selection of deputation basis by state govt.Duties and responsibilities: To verify and pass the payments files of works,salary and allowanc bills of staff,gratuity and pension etc.To sign the files of Income Tax,GST, Audit and Establishment. Worked as a member of tender, purchase,tax,sanitation committee.Attending the Board Meetings of Nagar Nigam. Retired from govt. service on 31.3.2022. Last Pay at the time of retirement app. Gross127000.00 as per 7th Pay Commission.

Passed M. Com Examination from H.P. University in 1989 with Second Division.Passed B. Com from H.P. University in 1981 in second division Passed Diploma in Financial Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University in1998. Passed Matriculation Examination from H.P. Board of School Education in1977with First Division.
