Responsible for coordination among Architects, vendors and other various agencies, procurement of building material, Liaisoning with Govet. deptt, Support HR system, Maintenance of building (Computer / Printers / Photocopier / Epabx machine / DG Sets / Electric panels), Fire fighting system , Centralized Air conditioning / Centralize RO system / Lifts / Electric fittings / Mechanical car parking system / facade lighting system / facade cleaning system, Furniture & Fixtures etc., Dealing with vendors, procurement of Consumables / stationery etc.

"A" Level course - Computer diploma 2 and half year course from CIStems School of Computing (Accrediated by DOEACC, Delhi)

Well versed in the use of computers with MS Office including financial softwares i.e. Tally, NAC etc.
