I had my primary & secondary education from Moradabad from Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh. Graduated in Commerce from Canning College, Lucknow University in 1987 securing 6th rank. Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India, New Delhi having passed final exams in July'1992. Passed Insolvency Professional exams conducted by The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India in July 2020. Expereince of working on ERP packages like Navision, Orion, MFG Pro, Scala and others like Tally & Sage Pastel. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and functional knowledge of Power Point. Funtional knowledge of GST & Taxation.

During my working experience of more than 26 years, I always have been an initiator and implementor for new roles and responsibilities for the Team as well as for myself. In order to excel the achievement of desired objectives and performance I always led the Team to go for extra mile whilst spearheading the actions and results achieved at different stages of the task. This helps to evaluate the performance and know for sure that organizational objectives are met in timely manner.

Effective management of Cash flow has been the most prime objective and it requires the cost control at different levels and some sort of austerity in decision making, at many a times. I guess, I effectively managed this ever-challenging roles with efficacy.
