Professional Experience:

My assignments in the Social Development Sector:
• Teaching assignment at DBM India on Vocational English-speaking and Soft-skills to young adults and grooming them for their careers.
• At the TAP (The Apprentice Project), I was a Leader role overlooking group of 5 mentors who are engaged with extra activities in Dance & Arts and mentoring over 50 children from the public schools across India.
• Mentor at the The Light House Project where I mentored college girls on one-to-one basis, built their confidence and helped in their transition from public school to college.
• Initiated crowd funding campaign through United Way of India to support the NGO Adhar Foundation based in Badlapur & Nashik for mentally challenged adults and children.
• Engaged with the Angel Express Foundation as a Maths tutor for Junior kids. The foundation supports resources for the betterment of the young kids from the neighbouring slums.
• I volunteered with the Harrow Citizen Advise Bureau as an assistant coordinator, here I counselled & guided low-income people who needed help in areas of finance, housing rental agreements, family and relationships, law and court and immigration.
• Participated with TK Maxx Red Nose campaign for Comic Relief which supported vulnerable children to stay healthy and safe around the world.
• Participated every year with ASDA’s Tickle Pink Campaign which supported the work of UK’s leading breast cancer charities.
