FRHS is committed to research and evidence-based approach to improving public health services in India.

• At FRHS, I worked across 3 distinct projects, viz: Dristhi program, M-Chech & IMATCHINE.
o The aim of the Dristhi program was to reduce manual data collection efforts for health-workers (of Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives (ANMs)) in Primary Health-care Centres (PHCs). Across the 2 years I was involved in this project, I worked, along with my team to first understand the nature of data collected by ANMs manually, the format of the data collected, the purpose and use of it etc. Post that understanding, worked on a digital format that could be fed into a tablet and finally once the app and tablet were ready, trained ANMs.
