Professional Experience:
I am a development sector professional and have lived the work journey over two decades. People connect is something that drives me all the time. Working with youth, working in collaboration with the government and working for self to system change has been the combination I have looked for to get associated with. Started the path with social science research, moved on to training, realizing that my core wanted to be in implementation. Thus, worked for over 20+ years with implementing organizations, using all the learning and skills to bring outcomes on the ground, impacting lives. My focus helped to get associated with established foundations and other known entities of the sector, handling corporate social responsibility and public-private partnership models. My ability to comprehend vision and convert the same to action plans helped to work directly with senior leadership, which in turn added to my learning journey.
