As Research Consultant, at the Indian Council of Medical Research(ICMR)- National Institute of Implementation Research on Non-Communicable Diseases (NIIRNCD), Jodhpur, directed the team to the development of Mental-Health Training modules for frontline health workers of four categories, viz. ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist), CHO (Community Health Officer), ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) and MO (Medical Officer)
As a Consultant in Brighter Future Development Trust (BFDT), Vizianagaram organised major surveys on the inhabitants of leprosy colonies in the state of Orissa.
As Sr. Social Scientist in The Leprosy Mission Trust India (TLMTI), New Delhi,
o Had been a visiting professor at Martin Luther Christian University, at Shillong, capital of Meghalaya, teaching Research Methodology for MPhil/PhD students working on Health-related research topics.
o Prepared multi-year Leprosy Elimination action research plans of TLM to meet the targets as per the GOI and WHO.
