? Monitoring quality systems & compliance with pre set standards; troubleshooting and maintaining requisite documents to ensure complete in-process quality & improvement in process capabilities.
Masters in Economics from Vidyasagar University with 59.67% of Marks. Have done PGDCA from RCC (Jadavpur University) with 60% of Marks. Have done Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI University with 61% of Marks
Affiliations and Achievements:
? To facilitate the communication and information flow between the GSs, GPs and DCUs.
? To facilitate GPs for ensuring transparency and accountability.
? To provide support for performance assessment and quality assurance initiatives under the ISGP project.
? To establish and maintain effective coordination with the offices of PS/Block Development Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer and other offices as may be necessary for effective implementation of the ISGP project.
? Any other tasks to be assigned for effective implementation of the ISGP project or Plan Plus or any other programme/project/activity under the Department of Panchayats & Rural Development or WBSRDA .
