• Budget Management - Annual budgeting and financial planning (including a mid-year forecast) align with work plans.
• Financial Strategy, Planning & Management - Support the development and implementation of financial management systems
• Design of and ensure adherence to financial protocols, scheme of delegation, and SOPs for the financial management.
• Provide Board assurance on internal compliances and review & analysis of data.
• Lead as finance focal point person and as a risk management focal point person, assessment of present situation to evaluate the upcoming risk and take corrective measures to mitigate the upcoming risk at lowest level.
• Provide accounting services in SAP ERP system, this includes financial accounting, management accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and control systems.
• Manage monthly / quarterly cash flow forecast for fund.
• Financial reports to management including financial information, cash requirements, project & grant reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
• Grants Management - review of proposals and programme budgets. Conduct due diligence for new partner organization / vendors.
• Handling internal & external audit for the organization and ensure timely closure of scheduled audits.
• Strengthen inter-department relation.
• Providing sound financial support to programs.
