Professional Experience:

Public Policy Professional with experience of 9 years working with State Governments and several donor-funded projects in the areas of government flagship schemes, grievance redressal systems, financial inclusion, and community-based interventions. I am currently managing liaison, coordination and planning for the stakeholders. I am also well-versed with secondary research, research design methodology, project implementation, doing primary and secondary research, data analysis, hypothesis testing, report writing and setting monitoring and evaluation. My work highlight includes helping setup West Bengal government initiative Duare Sarkar and streamlining the government redressal cell, which has positively impacted 50 million people so far.
