I have managed two research projects while at Aajeevika Bureau, helped streamline their internal reporting systems and managed organisational data. I am highly skilled at conducting surveys and in report writing. Having worked as a sub-editor with for two years, I developed an understanding of politics and policy. I also strengthened my writing, editing and technical skills over here. Currently Im learning more about social media management and creative writing as a Communications Officer with Akshara Centre. Thus my work experience has acquainted me with grassroots issues, political process and equipped me with strong research and writing skills.
