I have total 7 year experience. In which first 1 year experience is releted with SHG formation data collection, conduct Training and capacity building. This is supervisory post So very little portion of management are perform by me. Second Job is as District Community Mobelizer. In this position I handle ASHA program at district level and monitor community mobilization at village level. I visit door to door level for HBNC verification under maternal or child helth section. MIS, report writing and other district level management also done by me. Third Job is Project officer. In this position I perform as project head of Bhopal unit . Bhopal unit work in approx 10 district releted maleria research. In this position I work tribal villages of Dindori mandala Hoshangabad district of madhya Pradesh. At present I work for welfare programs of older person, vidhwas, and disables. At all position I work at both level management of fild. That's why I comfortable with both level job
