Professional Experience:
I have a unique profile, that combines science, financial management, ground level exposure to social research and in-depth exposure social sector challenges.

Post completion of my PGDM - I worked as an Equity Research analyst for 9 months, following which I was selected as a Probationary Officer in SBI.

During my stint in SBI I was responsible for day to day banking operations active customer support and grievance redressal. Planned and organized banking camps in rural areas for promotion of financial Inclusion, promoting financial literacy among villagers, selling bank subsidiary products and recovery of bad loans and like - Internet Banking, mobile banking, SBI credit cards etc.
Worked with team for mobilization of bank deposits, identifying non performing assets and recovering them from the willful defaulters. The job involved extensive travel which gave me opportunity to understand rural challenges more profoundly.

After a period spent in UPSC preparation, I rejoined the workforce in Kantar as a Consultant in Operations division. As a Consultant and subsequently a Project manager I was responsible for:

Managed and Executed projects for clients like - UNICEF, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Live Love Life Foundation, Magic Bus Foundation, Dasara Foundation, IPE GLOBAL etc.
Performed the following tasks:
• Designed Implementation Plan for both Quantitative and Qualitative Studies and ensuring timely completion
• Monitored field work for CAPI, PAPI and CATI studies
• Prepared Field budgets and monitoring the expenses incurred.
• Early identification of bottlenecks, sharing data trends with field and resolving EIC queries resolution on operational plan.
• Travelled to field work venue for ensuring smooth project implementation at the ground level.

b) Monitoring Qualitative Activity Operations
• Maintained the database of Moderator details working for Kantar Public Projects in every state
• Facilitated exchange between research manager and transcriber for improving the quality of transcribed audio files.

c) As a Field HR Head –
• Cataloged and regularly updated details and experience of every FLP working in Kantar Public Projects.
• Created language-based pool of FLPs who can be utilized in more than 1 state based on their knowledge of multiple languages.
• Assessing the performance of freelance professionals in every project or study undertaken based on fixed parameters.
• Ensuring timely payments and incentives for the FLPs after project completion.
I have done my graduation in Biochemistry from Delhi University. Following this I cleared CAT (94%) and was selected in K J Somaiya Instt of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai for pursuing a PGDM in Finance.

After my management degree I forayed into the workforce and have since worked in State Bank of India and Kantar as a Manager. Having realised my knack for the social sector - I decided to take a mid career break to pursue Masters in Social Work from the esteemed Delhi School of Social Work in order to foray into the area of social research and policy analysis and not limit myself to managerial and project implementation profiles. My course is due for completion in May 2021, following which I am available for job opportunities in research. During my MSW I have interned at Blind relief Association and worked in the area of Visual Disability.

Between June-August 2020 I interned at the Public Finance Division of IPE GLOBAL and worked on the Expenditure analysis of Public Health Division of the country of Ethiopia.

In September 2020 signed up for the Public Leadership Credential offered by Harvard Kennedy School and completed their Module A in Policy Design and Delivery with distinction marks.
Affiliations and Achievements:
Received certificate of appreciation from the State Bank of India management for my performance and role in NPA reduction for the region.
