Reporting to MD-Planning & Engineering for India, key responsibility include:-
- Long term planning for FedEx Gateway (Airport) Operations in India
- Long term planning for Customs and Regulatory clearances for India

• Planned and Implemented Project worth US$ 4.2 Million (Air Express Facility at DEL Airport)
• Lead the India Scanner Project worth US$ 1.5 Million, involving rollout of 350 New Generation Scanners at DEL, BOM, BLR, MAA & HYD.
• Planning and setting up infrastructure for new revenue stream of US$ 600K per annum
• Lead a team of Regulatory Specialists for customs and other regulatory compliance process advisory and ensuring compliance
• Lead the team of business process specialists for designing, testing and implementing customs clearance software with options of connectivity with customs EDI system.
• Lead the team of Airport Ops Managers to review the operations for process changes to bring savings, the efforts lead to proposal of process changes to save up to US$ 2 Million per year.

• Attended Webinar organized by US Commercial Services as key speaker on India Import Policy and Procedures. Webinar was attended by over 80 corporate participants from USA and representative of US Commercial Services.
