Professional Experience:
Currently working as Head Impact funding for CSR of an IT Firm, responsible for spearheading strategy of CSR department, Finding social enterprises, analyzing their business plan, funding and incubating them, Partnership development, grant management.
Prior to that worked as Manager , strategy consulting for a development sector focussed consulting firm. Responsible for client relationship management, business development and to Manage delivery of projects in line with client expectations and company standards
Before that worked as Deputy Director , India for an international social enterprise /NGO . I handle Pan India operations of healthcare and livelihood programmes executed by a of team more than 100 employees. Key responsibility areas include strategy & planning of India Operations, partnerships development, Rural Development, Livelihood promotion, Public Health and NGO management. Have experience in working in multinational/ multicultural experience.
