• Successfully completed the setting up of new District offices and Field offices along with Guesthouse including the Interior at Delhi, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Airoli, Pune and Bangalore and relocating of Head office in Mumbai from the Year 2009 to 2011.
• Heading the PAN India Operations and Administration functions of the entire organization.
• Successfully deal with the Logistics and Event Management, Vendor Procurement, Visa and Travel Bookings, Insurance renewals and Scheduling of the Drivers of 3 Buses.
• Liaison with Government Offices for Grounds and Events Permission, Passport and Visa Clearance and Maintenance of 3 Buses of the Organization.
• Introduced tools for Effective Formats for Reporting purposes.
• Got 8 passports done of street children and sent them to FIFA World Cup Charity Match at South Africa with proper visa, ticket, forex, Overseas Mediclaim and immigration during June 2010.
• Got 9 passports done of street children (all girls) and sent them to Jolie Foudy Foundation for Sports Training at San Francisco, USA with proper visa, ticket, forex, Overseas Mediclaim and immigration during June 2011.
• Successfully completed setup of 4 Computer Lab for Government Aided Schools in Mumbai & Nalasopara.
• Successfully completed setup of Livelihood centers for Magic Bus India Foundation including hiring properties in Mumbai.
• Anchoring for all Magic Bus India Foundation awards ceremonies and also hosted / anchored on the FOUNDATION DAY of Magic Bus India Foundation.
• Member of the Committee on Cost Reduction which suggests measures to Reduce Cost thus ensuring optimum use of resources.
• Provided Assistance to the Finance Officer in preparation of Administration Budgets & MIS.
• Devising various formats with a view to give the detailed Administration Costs to the Management along with suggestions to curtail them.
