He is an MBA with extensive strategic business management, finance, operations, human resources and project management experience. During over two decades of his multidimensional career he enhanced corporate and stakeholder value through effective change management, team building and overcoming limitations from scarce financial and human capital resources.
He successfully identified and addressed complex operational issues, market and competitive demands of multi stakeholder ever-evolving business climate, and affected positive outcomes to build world-class, market-leading organizations. By applying contemporary business acumen in supporting multi-million leading global enterprises operating in 100+ cities, launching a high-end niche venture and turning around multinational foundations and corporate businesses Rajesh created his unique goodwill in the industry.

Rajesh Arya is a versatile professional who evolved from grass root to a strategic level, by nourishing his competencies and skills. He has led highly reputed corporate as well as not for profit sector entities in his past.

He recently concluded a business transformation project with John Snow, Inc. as its India Operations Director. He has successfully navigated JSI's maiden strategic investment internationally, transitioning from project based to a country office business model. While he is responsible to guiding the JSI management in the United States helping them take prudent decisions, he has successfully managed expectation of the country team to migrate into a different work culture altogether without compromising institutional mission, vision and values.

In his past Rajesh has worked at senior management level with C-Quest Capital Green Ventures, Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation and Clinton Foundation, where he managed average annual business worth US$21 million. He is expert in establishment of start-ups, managing change with rapid expansion and re-engineering of obsolete or sub-optimal systems by establishment of sustainable and highly efficient policies on risk, accountability, financial, operational, corporate governance, human resources, information and communication technology and standard operating procedures to manage businesses efficiently.

Rajesh is also an IFRS certified forensic professional by KMPG and a part qualified CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. 1. Represented Clinton Foundation in India during President Bill Clinton's visit to India in year 2006. I was part of his motorcade and managed widely scattered logistics in collaboration with the trip director, HQ team, personal security team and the media personnel.

2. Represented Shakti Foundation during philanthropic visit of Hewlett, Packard and Mcknight families in 2011. I was point of contact for the visit plan, logistics and invites and worked in close collaboration with the Foundations' counterparts in the US, ClimateWorks HQ team, FICCI and the Indian team members.
