With over two decades of diversified professional experience encompassing corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and socio-cultural engagement, I have cultivated a multidimensional career at the intersection of business innovation, technology, and community development. My journey since 2004 has been shaped by a rare blend of corporate discipline, entrepreneurial foresight, and social commitment — enabling me to drive meaningful impact across industries and communities.
My entrepreneurial journey took root in 2013 with the founding of Perfection, a partnership firm that pioneered innovative vehicle tracking solutions tailored to Indian market needs. Building upon this foundation, I established SRS Perfection India Pvt. Ltd. in July 2016, a company that today stands as a recognized name in the vehicle telematics and GPS-based tracking solutions sector. As Director, I have led the organization’s strategic transformation by integrating technical innovation with robust customer service frameworks. Through my leadership, the company has built a strong distribution network, delivering advanced tracking products and customized solutions that cater to diverse industry verticals. My expertise in telematics and system integration continues to be instrumental in positioning the firm as a trusted brand in India’s growing connected mobility ecosystem.
Before my entrepreneurial pursuits, I gained extensive corporate experience with reputed industry leaders. As Territory Manager (Services Marketing) at Tata Motors Ltd. from October 2008 to October 2013, I honed my expertise in channel operations, after-sales processes, and service marketing strategies across a large geographical territory. This role offered deep insights into customer retention frameworks, product lifecycle management, and market-driven service solutions. Earlier, as Retail Specialist at Castrol India Ltd. (February 2007 – October 2008), I worked on optimizing retail networks and brand relationships, refining my understanding of consumer behavior and channel excellence. These early corporate experiences laid a strong foundation for my entrepreneurial and leadership vision.
Parallel to my corporate and business commitments, I have been deeply invested in the socio-cultural and public policy domain for over a decade. Since 2013, I have been engaged with the world’s largest selfless volunteer organization, contributing to community welfare, youth development, and cultural rejuvenation initiatives. As Resource Person with Gram Samriddhi Trust since November 2018, I focus on rural empowerment and livelihood generation. My engagement with Samskruti Foundation over the past two and a half years has centered on exploring culture-led public policy, focusing on how traditional wisdom can shape sustainable societal development.
My exposure to international governance models came through participation in the World Governance Expedition to Russia in 2019, organized by Vision India Foundation, where I interacted with government executives, think tanks, and academicians during BRICS-related municipal events in St. Petersburg. I have also contributed as a Facilitator in the Jagriti Yatra (2014–15), mentoring young entrepreneurs across India, and continue to mentor emerging initiatives such as Zubaan, a startup fostering independent music culture in mainland India.
