Started my professional journey with campus placement at HCG Multi speciality Hospitals Ahmedabad, where worked as Management Trainee for Quality & Operations in Jan'2011. Joined CHL Group of Hospitals in Dec'2011 and led their Quality Assurance team as Ast. Manager - Q.A for 2.5 Years and gained insight in application of quality management tools in hospital operations. Also worked as District Programme Manager with National Health Mission, Dept. of Public Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh where my core responsibilities involved implementation and monitoring of the health schemes and programmes launched by the govt. in the district. Also involved in the financial, operations management and management of manpower being the team lead.Presently working with Portea Medical as Branch Operations Manager handling P&L account, overall branch operations, capacity building and planning.
