Out of my more than total 20 years of post qualification managerial experience, I have more than 16 years (16 years 6 months) experience managing program in non-profit sector like project proposal development, implementation and reporting as well as planning, management, monitoring and reporting of the programs. I have worked for nearly 9 years (8 years 9 months) on Human Rights, more than 5 and half years (5 years 7 months) on Public Health and nearly 2 and half years (2 years 5 months) on Renewable Energy. PUBLICATIONS User Acceptance Test of Improved Cook Stoves – West Bengal - a report to study the users response after their using different ‘Improved Cook Stoves’ for a week each and to understand their preference as well as motivating and demotivating factors influencing their adoption of a cook stove, conducted by ‘SwitchON’ (Environment Conservation Society) in 2013, with the support of GIZ. I was in charge of coordinating the study and also single-handedly prepared the report. Why this Cycle Ban? - a report of a congestion analysis and a campaign ‘Chakra Satyagraha’ against a ban on cycle and other non-motorized transport in Kolkata, conducted by ‘SwitchON’ (Environment Conservation Society) in 2013. I was in charge of coordinating the study as well as coordinating the campaign. 20 Years of Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 – a study on the status of implementation of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and recommendation for amendments to the Act, conducted by ‘NCDHR-NDMJ’ (National Campaign on Dalit Human Rights – National Dalit Movement for Justice) in 2009. I was a part of the team doing the study and preparing the report.
