My Role is to create the MDF strategy for leadership development, to partner the OD team in formulating and driving the strategy for the Talent Pool, to handhold and anchor the Coaching and Mentoring Initiatives for transition partnering, to Train and handhold the MDF Managers across the Circles for Training Programs Rollouts, to ensure Active Virtual Pool resources through Trainers Skills Training in all Circles, to continuously research on the innovative ways of formal and informal learning methodologies.
