Field level execution of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives of reputed corporates in the areas of Education, Environment, Rural Development and Employability. Actively engaging employees in CSR activities, promotion of employee volunteering in programmes focused on individual wellbeing, professional growth and facilitating contribution towards social development.
Execution of ‘Employability Skills Promotion’ programmes for youth in coordination with leading technical education institutes, anchoring ‘English Proficiency Programme’ for underprivileged students from Std. IV till VII, end to end Project Management of CSR programmes including strategic planning, innovative concept development, budgeting, monitoring utilization and reporting / increasing visibility.
Field level coordination for effective mobilization and capacity building of women’s Self Help Groups, leading field level teams for effective implementation of rural livelihoods enhancement programme, Planning about Communication and Documentation of large scale social development programs, Providing handholding and technical support to the team members, mentoring, taking periodic review of their performance and conducting assessments.

• MSc in CSR and Ethical Management from University of Applied Sciences, bfi, Vienna (Austria) in Oct 2014
• Masters in Communication Studies from Department of Communication Studies, University of Pune, Pune in 1992 with first division.
The course design for the one year course ‘MSc in CSR and Ethical Management’ consisted of 7 to 10 days classroom sessions for first three quarters conducted by the faculty from University of Applied Sciences, Vienna coming to Mumbai and 12 days classroom sessions at Vienna in the fourth quarter followed by a thesis submission based on field work and viva.
My thesis topic was ‘Effective Corporate and NGO partnership for sustainable community development’.
