Project / Program Management
? Monitoring project progress involving coordination with government agencies and project partners to ensure smooth execution of projects within the time & cost norms.
? Developing and maintaining relationships with NGO and private (corporate) sectors for the profitability of business.
? Formulating budgets & conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures and actual expenditure; recommending / taking corrective actions.
Relationship Management
? Negotiating with financial and technical institutions and funding agencies for raising fund and non-fund based facilities at favourable terms to meet project requirements.
? Building relationship with project partners, consultants, contractors & other external agencies for finalizing contracts and ensuring compliance to the terms and conditions.

Operations Management
? Conducting seminars, conferences, workshop, discussions for the concerned issues.
? Meeting the representatives of organisations to discuss the project and gather information about what is to be written.
? Designing and implementing systems, policies and procedures in line with the objectives to facilitate internal control.
? Preparing Board meeting for the organization.
? Handling of donor database and reporting guidelines for each donors. Around 50 Donors have funded the organization.
? Coordinating report writing for federation from each project run by the organization.
? Making sure that each donor receives timely activity report as well as financial report as needed.
? Staff files are prepared as well as biannual evaluation being conducted.
? Redraft the policy of the organization.
? Support the management in complying with all statutory obligations.
