profit operations and public policy - in start up to scale up to merger & acquisitions and corporate foundations, with MNCs like GE, Alstom,
CARE and UNDP and Indian groups like Dalmia, Bharti and HDFC.

? Consistently driven positive business impact while making a difference in the lives of the community, with an estimated reach of over 2.5
million people across wide range of programmes and budgets in multiple organisations, directly and indirectly.

? As part of corporate strategy team at Dalmia Bharat, I implemented McKinsey's Portfolio of strategic initiatives, in addition to my
CSR role. At UNDP, I was in charge of private sector engagement for its HIV/AIDS program with government; formulated strategies
on private-public partnerships; reached out to more than 20 organizations and signed up several Mou’s and formal commitments.
? As Group Head of CSR for GE in India, I effectively led CSR and Social impact initiatives for more than 20 entities, including two listed entities
across diversified sectors. Designed and developed a group level CSR SoP and led the entire GE group's CSR compliance. Enabled and
managed critical local stakeholders engagements and interventions for a new manufacturing establishment. Was point person for Business
Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting, diversity, inclusion, sustainability information and reporting, electronic and biowaste management.
? At Dalmia Bharat Group, I laid the foundation for the group’s CSR activities as well as the inception of Dalmia Bharat Group Foundation,
designing the group’s CSR and Sustainability vision and strategy; implementing programmes with far-reaching impact (in health, education,
vocational skilling, livelihoods, sanitation and water) for all the businesses– across 12 sites of Dalmia Bharat Group and initiated the formative
efforts for the sustainability journey of the organization.
? Won the first CSR award for Dalmia Bharat Group - CII-ITC Sustainability Award in 2012.
? Won the Break-Through Project Award for 2012-13 for leading Dalmia Bharat to win the CII-ITC Sustainability Award in 2012.
? In Change Alliance, as part of leadership team, I have successfully led implementation of projects, operations and set up development
consultancy services advisory function comprising of Gender, Diversity, Inclusion, impact assessment and ESG (Environment, Social and
Governance) verticals, creating a foundation for a sustainable business and social impact consultancy organization.
