I am a qualified Development Professional having over 17 years of experience in Program & Partnership Management, Strategic Planning & Implementation, Advocacy and Operations. I have worked on issues ranging from Public Health, Anti-human trafficking, Child Protection, HIV/AIDS, International Migration, Nutrition, Education and Adolescent issue. Possess experience working for organizations like UNICEF, Children International, CARE India, Apne Aap Women Worldwide, TATA Steel CSR and various Government Departments. Supported around 40 NGOs all throughout and worked with Government Departments like WCD, H&FW School Education, Panchayat & Rural Development etc.
I accomplished program and operation management experience of representing/managing organizations at state and regional level. Looking for an opportunity in managerial position of a development organisation to lead the professional team to thrive towards vision and mission of the organisation..

Managed programs worth INR 15 million grant from local and regional initiatives including projects on child rights.
