•Contributing in conceptualization of institution and capacity building plan of SHGs and federations at programme level
•Providing handholding and mentoring support to field functionaries in implementing the various interventions through block level planning, continuous field visits and regular performance review
•Implementing capacity building plans (trainings) of the community resource persons, field and programme staff alongwith institution and capacity building experts
•Introducing use of PRA tools at field level with other team members by directly giving and supervising trainings
•Conceptualized and implemented community based education initiatives of RGMVP in collaboration with IETS (education wing of Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Ltd) and Rajiv Gandhi Foundation.
•Interacting with community to increase their awareness on RTI
•Demonstrating process of social audit of NREGA and supporting the community in taking it up
•Organizing district level workshops on NREGA and RTI
