A Post Graduate in Management (Marketing) from University of Poona, Pune. Passed out in 1988. Administered Sales & Marketing as “Territory Manager” for Delhi and Chandigarh based building material manufacturing Units for a period of 17 years from 1988 to 2005 for the States of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamilnadu. Lead a team of sales Personnel in the said States

End to end Administrative function in Mahindra Satyam Foundation comprising of space management, inventory management, logistics and resolved inter organizational issues mainly involving HMRI

Spearheaded several Social Projects under CSR in Mahindra Satyam from 2005 till date cutting across various cities in India wherever Mahindra Satyam has its presence. Conceived and executed CSR Projects in Mahindra Satyam encompassing Environment, Flood & Disaster Management, Volunteering and empowering persons with disabilities. Initiated various CSR Programs for Bangalore, Chennai and Bhubaneswar CSR Units and lead the CSR teams in the said cities for active implementation of defined projects

Relationships built with Government Departments and NGOs for conceptualization and initiation of CSR Projects. Lead a comprehensive Flood Housing Project under tripartite arrangement with A.P State Government, Implementing NGO and Mahindra Satyam Foundation

Comprehensive experience in Environmental Projects in collaboration with ITC &
E-Parisaraa which include waste management including e-waste management and Carbon Management. Instrumental in facilitating the recycling of 200 tonnes of waste paper and 75 tonnes of e–waste collected from Mahindra Satyam campuses in a span of one year

Bagged certification from GRI Council, Netherlands for GRI Sustainability Reporting. Played a significant role in spearheading projects as per GRI G3 Guidelines for GRI based reporting in Mahindra Satyam. Participated and presented the Documentation on Performance Indicators of Mahindra Satyam Foundation to internal & external Auditors under Mahindra & Mahindra Reporting Process.
