I have more than 13 years of experience in the social development sector including Health & Livelihood . I worked with various NGOs,International Organizations and Govt. Departments in Rajasthan. I have good grass route level experience in programme planning, community mobilization, institution building, monitoring and evaluation, designing and implementation of capacity building programs.
I am having expertise to work in the field of Reproductive & Child health, Family Planning, Sanitation & Nutrition, Micro Finance & Livelihood generation programmes . I have equipped with good planning, monitoring & evaluation, analytical and presentation skills. I participated in various training programmes conducted by prestigious organizations like UNICEF, TISS,IIM and NIHFW to enhance the professional skills.
