During the period from 2008 to 2013 we have run different agriculture and enterprise development projects like Farmers club program of NABARD, Self promoted initiative AEDP (Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Development Program), SHG project of NABARD, different survey and research assignments.
•As part of RASHA I have worked one year as “Field Consultant” with “Vrutti livelihood Resource Centre, Bhopal” of catalyst group from June 2009 to June 2010 for development of two innovative livelihood models. One model was AEFC (Agriculture Enterprise Facilitation Center) model and another was MGNREGA led Microenterprise.
•One year work experience in an international Agribusiness NGO “IDE India” as SMO (Area Manager) and was handling work of area office “Meerut”. I have started to work here in 1Augest 2007. It was an Agribusiness based initiative of IDE with GWEP Company.

SOCIAL MODEL DEVELOPMENT WORKS
•ACC CSR have won All India CSR award for our Education program when I was working for that.
•I have worked with Vrutti Livelihood Resource Center for development of two social models “NREGA led Micro enterprise” and “Agriculture Enterprise Facilitation Center”.
•I have developed an integrated social development model “Integrated Tribal Area Development by Advocacy and Awareness” for our organisation RASHA.
•We have undertaken “Farmers Club” Project of Nabard, in which we have 20 farmers clubs in 20 tribal villages of tribal belt of Narsinghpur district in year 2009, 2010 and 2011
ASSESSMENT WORKS
•We have undertaken assessment work of Don Bosco vocational training institute, Delhi in September 2011.
