• Initiated the establishment of NW in the challenging terrain of Assam and North Eastern States , right from inception , setting up O & M team and have been associated in building the BSS network since launch and Responsible for Building the O & M network of entire two circles .
• Responsible for entire network upkeep and availability for Assam and NESA ; acting as a support function to all individual cluster leads to achieve their targets of network availability, O & M activities viz. maintaining the RF KPIs, optimization of resources, close monitoring of link congestions and augmentations & indirect support to other departments for customer complain resolutions which are in scope.
• Liaisons & Monitoring of the performance of all Infra Providing partners, Managed Service partner, AMC & OEM vendors.
