May 2010-Sept2013: Chief sub-editor, The Telegraph, Kolkata. Edited news and feature stories and managed my team to produce a satellite edition of The Telegraph for Odisha. Launched the Odisha edition and worked very hard to train a new team, co-ordinate with the Odisha bureau and produce an edition that quickly became quite popular in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack besides western Odisha.
Aug2005-April 2010: Principal correspondent with The Statesman Performed consistently well in reporting, editing, page making and feature writing in my time at The Statesman. Wrote extensively for the daily entertainment supplement Unplugged and weekend supplement Lifestyle & Entertainment.
