Dear sir/Madam
I have completed Master of social work from Roda Mistry College of social work (ICSW), Hyderabad, Osmania University.
Although I do have the experience of working in an organizational setting for five consecutive years, I thought of the possibility in which the medley of my work experience in different geographical sketches could interests you.
I did work as a Research Associate with EDUCARE TRUST in Longitudinal studies from University of Newcastle upon Tyne England. I was encouraged with 3000 increment after second month of appointment and by enlarge i could able to found 300 schools with eligible students to get scholarships. Successfully the research went well and all the children appeared exams and got scholarships.
The work experience in largely made me to recognize for my achievements towards betterment of students. I was there with an organisation as a full time employee later referred to Dr.Reddy's Foundation as cluster coordinator and it is almost like a promotion kind of thing. I was given schools in number six at Mandal level; role designated is whole school development and respective community acceptance. Work experience since two years with Rural schools involves the children into school education who are suffered to travel and get educated in other places from communities in English medium. As having experience in Rural, got transferred to Urban English medium schools in number nine.
I worked with Aide et action as Program Manager, where the children of migrated families will get educated through SSA (Serva shiksha Abhiyan). Work experiences are given me lead and guide the team under me. Implementing in a smooth and result oriented way to bring out effective results. Program is going on well for the betterment of children education that is for who are far away to get an education i.e. far from Education.
I worked with KMR Foundation as Executive-coordinator, where the skills will be used in broader way when the combination of different areas of work. Working in Health, Education and Vocational Training programs.
I worked with CFCA – Community Foundation for Children and Aging as Zonal Coordinator, where my skills will be used in leading, Monitoring, planning and reviewing of team who are working in large area covering the families under sponsorship of their children education. Head office located in Kansas City, USA and Working in 21 countries.
My deep interest in exploring opportunities to work with your organization stems from my passion to work closely on the issues relating to development which compel the need to engage with the constantly evolving conceptualizations of community, society and governance.
