Social and Skill Development Projects management and planning & implantation and set strategic objective of the organisation, Through fund raising establish the Vocational Training Centre & Run the Livelihood Colleges based on geographical and Market need. And under Government sponsorship program provide Technical and Non Technical Training and Placement.
• Involves working with community based organisations including cluster level federations (SHGs), Farmer Producer Companies (FPO), Community Managed Resource Centres (CMRCS), Primary Agriculture Cooperative Societies with an objective of entrepreneur development and resource generation for their business plans.
• Overseeing project plans and liaising with Sate & Central Government for general operations. And Supervising project’s development & human resources to ensure a diverse, skilled and productive team and promoting an organisational culture. Recruiting & selecting co-workers for project, and ensuring policies implementation.
• Ensuring strong cooperation and collaboration with partners, donors, government and other key stakeholders, Counselling, training, motivating, training and teaching candidates are part of my profile and area of interest.
• Prepare and Managing project’s budget and reporting on progress on reaching its objectives, and on its expenditure, internally.
