Providing technical and managerial assistance for implementation of the NRHM and its goals to State Health Society. Assist in all the matters relating to over all management of human and financial resources under the package of NRHM in the District. Setting up and managing the District Programme Management Unit (DPMU) and Block Programme Management Unit (BPMU).\r\n Analyzing financial and physical progress report of all the Block Programme Management Unit along with District Programme Management Unit and take corrective measurement for improving output.Submitting District reports to State and Organizing District Level meetings for reviewing the NRHM Programme.Support and Guiding DPMU and BPMU in the district in matter related to expenditure, releasing grant, Preparation of budget etc. For over all control for financial matter.Providing necessary support to technical consultant appointed at district and block level. Identify the cause of any reasonable delay in the achievement of milestones or in the release of funds and purpose corrective action.Regular follow up of the programme and report to concerned authority accordingly and ensuring participation of Government authority development partners NGOs in the process to develop operational plan and strategies, monitoring the implementation process and progress.Ensuring Preparation of annual action plan for district under NRHM and ensure that proposed activities and implemented timely and as per the prescribed process.Studies and budgeting the financial planning as required by the low performing blocks in the district. Regular field visit in the District for the Monitoring of NRHM programmes.Undertaking any other duties assigned by the State/District Health Society.
