Professional Experience:

Education Specialist in Learning Links Foundation since May, 2014.I have been working along with three state education boards of Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh and Jharkhand to strengthen and implement Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation model in order to enhance the learning outcome of students. I am also the Zonal Manager for a project to acknowledge excellence in school leadership in India and recognize truly motivated and inspirational leaders in education who have acted as ‘change agents’ in the ever changing pace of learning environment today. This requires me to manage stakeholders and team members in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Chandigarh, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. I was a Fellow in Teach For India from April, 2012 to April, 2014. Also worked with Touch India Trust as a Curriculum Designer and Teacher Trainer. Worked in Indian Television Company from June, 2009 to September, 2012,as an assistant director. Provided technical broadcast services during Commonwealth Games, 2012 as an archive logger in International Broadcast Centre. Interned in Capital Advertising and was involved in the campaigns of Maruti Suzuki, Religare, etc.
