•Mobilised bank loan of Rs 11,766 Crore under women self help program for livelihood promotion for over 25 Lakh families in State of Madhya Pradesh, with SHG NPA amount at 1.29% in last five years. In last five years, women SHG loan amount disbursement has grown in MP state with 130% annual growth rate vis a vis 26% national annual growth rate.

•Proven expertise for Financial inclusion, youth skill trainings, farm/non farm sector livelihood strengthening, health management and education promotion model development for over 8,000 families through women self help group promotion, youth skill training program, agriculture advancement, buffalo breed improvement, low cost masonry irrigation structure construction, education promotion, severe malnutrition reduction, slum area development & housing for ultra poor families.

•Expertise in liaisioning with various agencies at state level for better result.

•Excel in policy making, strategic planning, coordination, team building, institution development and brand building.

•Proficient in generating MIS for community-based programmes/studies.

Education:

I have done masters in resource management course from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal and before this course, I accomplished my PGDBM from Indian Institute of Rural Management, Jaipur. I have also done following certificate courses to hone my professional expertise for work on Financial Inclusion, CSR and rural livelihood strengthening.

Affiliations and Achievements:

I am working as state consultant for Financial Inclusion with Madhya Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission since June 2018. During 2020-25, I have facilitated bank loan mobilisation of Rs 11,766 Crore under women self help program for farm/non farm based livelihood promotion for over 25 Lakh families in State of Madhya Pradesh, with current SHG NPA amount at 1.29%. In these above mentioned five years, women SHG loan amount disbursement has grown in MP state with 130% annual growth rate vis a vis 26% national annual growth rate. This SHG Credit linkage work has been appreciated by Secretary, Dept of Rural development, Govt of India.

(ii) I worked for 14 Years with Lupin foundation (CSR foundation) across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Rajasthan and during this work, I have been honoured by Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan (Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh) and Amity Global Business School, Indore as outstanding CSR foundation for work on SHG Credit linkage, youth skill trainings, farm & non farm based livelihood strengthening, health and education based model development in state of Madhya Pradesh.
